Viking Oil Co. Came To The Rescue
On the evening of January 19, the temperature
in our house steadily dropped to 58 degrees. No one was particularly
aware because we were sitting vigil at the bedside of our dying
mother. When we momentarily left the room we realized the severe
temperature change and immediately called our contracted oil company
to make them aware that there was no oil and that we had a critically
ill person in the home. After more than two hours and four phone
calls, we received no acknowledgement from the company itself. We
then decided to call Viking Oil Co. for emergency assistance. Within
minutes, "the owner" responded and within 20 minutes a
polite, courteous and compassionate serviceman was filling our oil
tank and extending his sympathy. Our mother died shortly after in
the warmth of her home.
We would like to deeply thank Viking Oil Co.,
who came to our rescue in our time of need!
